Terms and Conditions
General
- The hotel room or Lodge must be occupied by 11:00 PM on the day of arrival, if no other arrangements have been made.
- Beachhotel Oostvoorne is not liable for the consequences of theft, accidents or damage to property of the guest.
- Beachhotel Oostvoorne always reserves the right to enter your room.
- On the day of departure, the tenant must leave the hotel room before 11:00 am, if no other departure time has been agreed.
Reservation & payment
A reservation can be made via the website, by e-mail or by telephone, and is binding for both the guest and Beachhotel Oostvoorne, if the requested holiday accommodation is available in the specified period.
The reservation must be guaranteed by a credit card guarantee or full payment of the reservation.
Any costs for money deposits and/or transfers are for the account of the guest.
Payment of the payment means that the guest has taken note of and agrees to the terms and conditions stated here and the complete description of the stay that he has reserved.
General cancellation conditions
- If you have booked directly with us, we will start working on your reservation. If you have made a reservation with an online booking agent (for example via Booking.com or Expedia), please contact them.
- If the tenant does not show up (no-show), 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
- If the tenant leaves earlier than the reserved check-out date, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
- When booking a non-refundable rate, it is no longer possible to change or cancel your reservation free of charge.In all cases not covered by these regulations, the management of Beachhotel Oostvoorne decides.
Cancellation Policy
Standard tariff -
- You can cancel your booking free of charge 3 days before arrival. Please note that the day of arrival starts at 00:00.
- Any booking canceled within 3 days of arrival will be charged the total cost of the stay.
Non-Refundable tarief-
- If you make a booking with the “Non Refundable rate”, this means that your booking can no longer be changed or canceled free of charge. In case of cancellation, you will therefore lose the amount of your booking.
Group cancellation policy 3 rooms or more-
- You pay 30%.
- Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy Lodge-
- A Lodge can be canceled free of charge 30 days before arrival.
- Any booking canceled within 30 days of arrival will be charged the full cost of the stay.
How can I cancel my booking?
Do you want to change your reservation? Check whether your reservation conditions allow this.
If you have booked directly with us, we will start working on your reservation. We request that you send an email to: reception@beachhoteloostvoorne.nl.
If you have made a reservation with an online booking agent (for example via Booking.com or Expedia), please contact them.
NB!! A cancellation can only be requested by email and is only valid with a confirmation email.
